TERM AND CONDITIONS FOR OUT OF MUMBAI AND OUT OF INDIA DELIVERY

Dear devotee please take note of following:

Local home deliveries available are in all over India and World.
Customer need to note that on website charges are mentioned exclusively for the idols not for the transportation charges for the transportation charges you need to 9870263556 call on: email on ecoshreeganeshaarts@gmail.com
Home deliveries will be scheduled in 10 to 15 days prior to Ganesh Charurthi for shorter distance and for longer distance it will be scheduled before one month which will be intimated to customer (about date, time and place) two days in advance.
In the case of scheduled delivery failure because of customer deniel/or any other reason, In Mumbai area customer has to pick up idol from our sales office for rest part of India will order will consider as good as cancel money will be refunded after deduction of 50% of paid amount.
Packaging will be done in safe bubble packaging material also we were packed our idols as recommended by our courier partner so chances of breakage will be minimal.
Eco Shree Ganesha Arts is taking utmost care for delivery of your favourite Paper ganesha, but in worst case of one percent if any damage happens, we are going to give you a choice to choose an alternate murti from available stock.

WHAT ARE ECO SHREE GANESHA RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Eco Shree Ganesha Arts returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange purchased items within 15 days of receipt of the item.

THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS AND RULES APPLY TO THIS POLICY:

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be damaged or tampered.

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

Ganpati Idol If you receive damaged idol, we will refund the entire amount or replace the idol. Our responsibility is till we deliver the idol.
Note – After the Quality Check department checks the product returned by the customer, refund will be made to your account within 2 business days. Products that are damaged or modified may not be accepted.

HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE ME TO RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

For all returns, we will initiate the refund to your bank within 24 hours of receiving the returned product. Typical timelines for your bank to reflect the refund in your account are as follows. Please follow up directly with the bank once abof.com has processed the refund.
